    Initially as requested by ASML Core IT Asia on mindfulness practice, we collectively explore the application of mindfulness attitudes on cross-function team communicaiton and leadership as well with English-guilded workshop design.

  • Volkswagen_Volkswagen Taiwan Group

    I provide professional basic and advanced service personnel certification course training for the Volkswagen brand of Audi Volkswagen Taiwan, and assist dealer service personnel to obtain the service qualifications required by the German factory.

  • Volvo_Victory Motors

    I customize two-stage training courses for Victory Motors, Volvo authorized dealer in Tainan to improve the quality of Volvo service processes and create teamwork spirit. The trainees include Aftersales managers, service advisors, customer lounge service personnel (GRO), cashiers, technicians, parts personnel, etc. 

  • Audi_Volkswagen Taiwan Group

    I partner with Audi Taiwan to conduct reinforcement training for new car and used car sales consultants to compete the World Final of Audi Twin Cup in Germany.

  • Porsche_Prestige Motors

    I provide tailor-made on-site training for service employees at  Hsinchu Porsche, managed by the authorized dealer Prestige Motors on Porsche exclusive customer service process and vehicle reception.
